Education and Training Opportunities
DOE's Tribal Energy Program — Offers the following renewable energy education and training opportunities.
College student internships — The Tribal Energy Program offers student internships each summer at Sandia National Laboratories.

On-line training in high-performance school design — Free training for architects and engineers on designing sustainable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient K-12 school buildings. There are 25 courses on building design and three courses on building operation and maintenance. Sponsored by DOE.

Solar Schoolhouse — A K-12 energy education program developed by the Rahus Institute. It includes lesson plans, teacher workshops, resource kits, guidebooks, and videos to help bring energy education to tomorrow's leaders.
