The U.S Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy is the primary sponsor of the Solar Decathlon.



Map of the Solar Village

The Solar Decathlon will take place on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The solar village will be constructed between 10th Street and 14th street, and between Madison Drive and Jefferson Drive. The Solar Decathlon and the solar homes are easily accessible via the Smithsonian Metro Station.
