Program description: NMTC's vision is to establish and maintain a collaborative environment for economic development of Northeastern Maryland by sharing technology advances that will enhance the education, business, and government communities of Harford and Cecil counties.

NMTC's mission is to provide guidance and assistance to the Northeastern Maryland technology community, we must:
*Provide expertise and assistance to the Higher Education and Applied Technology (HEAT Center).
*Provide advice to Harford and Cecil Community Colleges on the development and refinement of technology-based job training and program development.
*Facilitate a partnership for technology advancement among Aberdeen Proving Ground, local government and the private sector.
*Maintain a technology needs inventory and promote that inventory.
*Establish and maintain a resource clearinghouse and encourage participation by technology companies and government agencies.
*Support economic development initiatives in Harford and Cecil Counties.
