Program description: The Colorado Renewable Energy Society (CRES) is a primary advocate for the renewable energy community in Colorado. CRES works for the sensible adoption of cost-effective energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies by Colorado businesses and consumers. CRES believes in a strong economy, secure energy future, and environmentally sensitive energy infrastructure for Colorado. We believe that renewable energy and energy efficiency are a cornerstone of these ideals, and we have a specific plan for how to move Colorado's energy future in that direction. Through CRES Initiatives, the Colorado Renewable Energy Society attempts to move decision-makers and affect markets toward adoption of clean energy.
