This modification revises Contract DE-AC36-08GO28308 as follows:

The start date for transition activities is revised from 11/09/2008 to July 29, 2008.
Clause H.3 Employee Compensation: Pay and Benefits is modified.
Clause H.30 Incurrence of Relocation Costs Prior to the Initiation of M&O Activities is added.
Clause H.31 Exemption of Management and Operation Contractual Obligations for Real Property Encumbered by Governments Easement Outgrant is added.
Section J, Attachment F OPERATING AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS (LIST B) is deleted and replaced as to reflect additions and deletions of DOE Directives.

Clause H.33 Provisional Payment of Fee is added to the contract.
