Oral Presentation Location
The room for the Oral Presentations is located in the Denver West Marriott. The room is rectangular, 32’ wide by 53’ long. The following equipment will be provided by the Department of Energy (DOE): a 10’ x 10’ screen; LCD projector; electricity; and a speakers table (if desired). At this point, the room will be set up with tables and chairs
set up parallel to the long walls. Presenters and DOE will be able to view the screen and face each other. As stated in Section L of the RFP – page 18, each proposer will have from 7 am to 8 am to set up their presentation on the assigned day of their presentation.
As a courtesy the Denver West Marriott has reserved a block of rooms. Ask for the block of rooms identified as DOE/SEB. There is no obligation to stay at the Marriott.

To compete for this contract, all applicants must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration System (CCRS) and the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS). All responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP) must be made
through IIPS. In addition, all formal announcements and questions regarding the draft and final RFPs and corresponding responses from the Government will also be posted on the IIPS Web Site.
