Directories of renewable energy power system suppliers are available from a wide range of sources and are in various stages of development. See below for links to directories related to renewable energy power systems for DE.
General lists of companies involved in renewable energy are available from The Source for Renewable Energy and RenewableEnergyAccess.com.
The Source for Renewable Energy also includes a listing of renewable energy companies by state.
Small or modular biomass power systems are primarily in the development phase. Several companies are actively pursuing the commercialization of their systems, which are in various stages of development. Contact the individual companies for more information.

The DOE Solar Energy Technologies Program provides links to several directories of U.S. suppliers of photovoltaic (PV) products and services. See the Solar Yellow Pages.
SolarPlaza, an international project to provide links to PV information, also provides an extensive list of U.S. suppliers. See the products and services database or go directly to the U.S. directory.
Solarbuzz provides a more general listing of U.S. solar energy companies (not necessarily just solar power).
SunLab — a partnership between DOE's Sandia National Laboratories and National Renewable Energy Laboratory — has compiled a comprehensive list of those companies involved in the concentrating solar power business. See the SunLab industry contacts.
Although a number of companies are developing concentrating solar power systems, Stirling engines (external combustion engines, also called heat engines) remain the most commercialized aspect of this endeavor. The California Energy Commission has compiled a brief list of Stirling engine vendors on its Web site.
At present, the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) provides the most comprehensive list of U.S. wind power suppliers. This list is limited to companies that are members of AWEA. To see the membership list, visit the AWEA directory site and click "Login".
The directory is also divided into five categories, as follows:
- Member type (with many subcategories)
- Wind turbine manufacturers and dealers
- Wind power plant developers and operators
- Consultants
- Accessory equipment manufacturers
