Regulatory Education and Outreach

If regulators are to produce policies to enable and support distributed energy resource interconnection, they must first understand the technologies and issues involved. Similarly, if distributed generation systems are to be installed, inspectors and service personnel must understand how they work and are interconnected. This project involves education and outreach activities to inform policymakers, inspectors, and installers of distributed energy technologies.
