Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Energy Conservation Standards for Refrigerators, Refrigerator-Freezers and Freezers

AGENCY: Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Department of Energy

ACTION: Final Rule.

SUMMARY: The Department of Energy promulgates revised energy conservation standards for refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, and freezers. This action is expected to result in substantial energy savings, with consequent benefits to consumers and reductions in emissions of air pollutants.
