Purpose: This public meeting gave the Department of Energy an opportunity to present its methodology and the results of the ANOPR analyses, and to answer questions to help participants prepare their written comments. This meeting also allowed the Department to explain its plans for the remaining analyses—the analyses supporting the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking —and to seek input from stakeholders on its planned methodologies, assumptions, and data sources.
