Public Hearing Regarding Energy Efficiency Standards for Central Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps

Hearing Purpose

The purpose of this public hearing is to hear the views of interested persons on the issues and process involved in a rulemaking to consider energy efficiency standards for central air conditioners and heat pumps. The Department of Energy will consider the views presented and comments submitted in preparing the final rule.
