Purpose: This public meeting will give the Department of Energy an opportunity to present the results of the NOPR analyses, and to respond to stakeholders' questions.
The Department must receive requests to speak at the meeting before 4 p.m., Wednesday, September 13, 2006. The Department must receive a signed original and an electronic copy of statements to be given at the meeting by that date.
The Department will accept comments, data, and information regarding the notice of proposed rulemaking before and after the meeting, but no later than October 18, 2006.
